Description of problem: During a call with a user, we observed the following: Navigated to the Namespace screen from the plan list link to try to gauge what was going to be part of the migration (pv count/k8s obj/image num) and the page was stuck with an infinite spinner. We navigated to the CLI and found the MigAnalytic as expected, but it was in a “Ready” state with “0” reporting for all of its fields and an observedGeneration of 3. We flipped “spec.analyImages” (I don’t recall the exact field name) to false since user did not care about their ImageStreams with the expectation that this would force a controller reconcile and we should see the observedGeneration tick up. It remained at three with no change to the counts. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.4.0 How reproducible: Unsure, user environment was relatively destabalized at the time, it's possible this was a consequence of that. Actual results: All the discovered content related to the plan that the MigAnalytic reported as zero. UI was stuck at loading spinner. Expected results: Controller should have reconciled the contents and had the correct counts on the MigAnalytic CR.

If I can get more detail on a reliable reproducer I can dig further.
We have an opportunity to get this into the 1.4.0 release. As of now, it appears it's not consistently reproducible but we'd like to understand the root cause and evaluate if it's tractable within the timeframe we have for 1.4.0 on 02/10.
Closing this as it is unclear at this point how to reproduce, and we have been unable to gather more info. Please re-open if the issue persists.
