I installed the fix from the testing repo. I no longer can cause a crash using the screen keyboard - so that helped. but when I suspend my machine and I wake it, it properly powers down, power light pulsing slowly (TP T490), it powers back up when I wake it - but no password dialog will come up, the clock is frozen and showing the time of the suspend. let me know if you need additional data

My nvidia PC works fine so I doubt it's a cinnamon issue.
