Description of problem:
In the Clusters table, the location of the API for each cluster is shown in the Location column. currently, this value displays as link text, but the browser can't interpret it so it goes nowhere. The link text should be replaced with normal text.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MTC UI to Clusters page.
2. In the table, you see a list of added clusters. Location is second column.
3.

Actual results:
Clicking location link text does nothing.

Expected results:
Link text should be normal text.

This is really low hanging fruit that would be good to knock out with an upcoming release.

The location of the APIs are displayed now as normal text in the "Location" field, they cannot be clicked, no hyperlink.
