Description of problem: Consider the following commands, executed as root: # mount --bind -o noexec /bin /mnt # /mnt/ls The expected behavior is the following: bash: /mnt/ls: Permission denied This is what happens on Fedora 33. On both RHEL7 and RHEL8, the "ls" utility is executed. How reproducible: 100%
