Description of problem:
- The Global Registration wizard [WebUI --> All Hosts --> Hosts --> Register Host] should inform users whether a particular field is mandatory or not. Mandatory fields should be marked with '*'.

Note that effectively only the AK is mandatory. All the rest is optional in 6.9. Realigning based on the feedback.
