this was a fix in our e2e test to wait until page fully loaded before trying a11y testing.

Dave, how does this bug differ from bug 1915929? Can you add some detail here?

Hi Sam, they are two seperate A11y violations.  One is about button name  s, the other is about images.  Sorry, thought the attached screenshot showed more info. about the buttons.  I'll try to reproduce.  Bug 1915929 shouldn't have the "a11y error button-name must has discernible text" attached screenshot, but I don't see how to delete it from that bug.

1. clone latest console repo
2. build and bridge
3. cd frontend; yarn run test-cypress-console
 run the crud/Other Routes tests 

  No a11y voilation are present now and the name(s) are not present. Hence this bug is verified
