An other issue was reported related to this. https://github.com/ceph/ceph-csi/pull/1853 needs a downstream backport too.

This looks like the second issue mentioned in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1921521#c4

Please verify with the build mentioned in Fixed in version field (4.7.0-716.ci)
