We need to add it to fedora like other non openstack collections https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/search?terms=.*ansible-collection.*&type=package&match=regexp and then rebuild in RDO as described in https://www.rdoproject.org/documentation/requirements/#adding-a-new-requirement-to-rdo. I shared it over IRC but adding it here too for others visibility.

I think we can proceed with this request, podman collection is packaged now in fedora: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ansible-collection-containers-podman

ansible-collections coming from Fedora can be treated as dependencies in RDO. You can propose to add them to RDO following the process documented in https://www.rdoproject.org/documentation/requirements/#adding-a-new-requirement-to-rdo adding the nvrs you want to rdoinfo and cloud8s-openstack-xena-candidate buildsys tag.
