Doc Text:
Cause: Resource kinds in Explore page resource dropdown were not internationalized. Consequence: This could lead to inconsistencies that could confuse users. For example, the text in the navigation for the kind may not match the kind in the dropdown. Fix: Internationalized the kind where possible. Result: Resource kinds should be consistent.

Description of problem:
Explore page APIResourceLinks aren't internationalized. They may not match navigation items, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Explore page

Actual results:
APIResourceLinks aren't internationalized.

Expected results:
APIResourceLinks should be consistent with navigation.

Checked on ocp 4.7 cluster with payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-31-031653.
Go to Home->Explore page, add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en suffix in console url, check the page, in "Kind" column, some resource kinds are marked for translation, some are not.
Should not all of them be marked for translation?

Hey @yanpzhan- Sorry, didn't mean to change the status. Only resource models that we've added a labelKey to will be marked for translation. These include items in the navigation such as "Pod." We only addressed resource kinds listed in Management Console; we haven't touched package model information.

Checked on ocp 4.7 cluster with payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-02-06-084550, on Home->Explore page, those resource kind with "labelkey" are marked for translation.
The bug is fixed.
