Description of problem:
the buttons in operator item modal are invisible on Safari, the issue doesn't reproduce on Chrome && FF

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goes to Operators -> OperatorHub, choose a Marketplace operator and click on it


Actual results:
1. A modal is open and operator details is shown, but the 'Purchase' and 'Install' button are invisible  

Expected results:
1. the buttons in modal header should be visible
