Description of problem:
Package python-nbsphinx fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.7.1-2.fc33

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f34 python-nbsphinx-0.7.1-2.fc33.src.rpm
