Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Non admin user with viewer role unable to see activation key detail. It shows angular code as below

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a non-admin user with 'viewer' role.
2. Login with above non admin role.
3. GoTo Content -> Activation key, select any activation key and click for details
4. If the issue is not reproduced in this step, go back to activation key list page and click the activation-key again. 
5. You will see angular code now.,

Actual results:
It shows angular code as  {{ displayValue }}

Expected results:
It should show activation key detail
