Description of problem:

Non-admin user with 'Viewer' role can see repositories in the product but with angular code in it.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a non-admin user with 'viewer' role.
2. Login with above non admin role.
3. GoTo Content -> Product -> select a product -> Click on repositories within a product to see details

Actual results:

It shows angular code

Expected results:

It should not show angular code.

This should be fixed by the fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1922134. Marking duplicate but please test with the other BZs closed as duplicate of that one.
