Description of problem:
When creating a VM with boot of registry, the yaml is missing docker:// at source.registry 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM using advanced wizard, choose boot source of import via registry.
2. Look on the create VM yaml
3.
