Description of problem:
Deploying HE from cockpit fails to retrieve LUNs from the iSCSI target.

cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.15-1.el8ev.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install stable version  RHVH-4.4-20201210.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso
2.Run hosted engine install from cockpit
3.For storage select iSCSI, enter IP and Port, leave username/password blank
4.Select to Retrieve Target List

Actual results:
Receive error "Retrieval of iSCSI targets failed."

Expected results:
Should return list of iSCSI targets from server


Additional info:
- LUNs are visible on the host with multipath -ll output

Seems like a duplicate of bug 1903567, fixed in cockpit-ovirt-0.14.16-1.el8ev
