Description of problem:

Topology quick search View all results footer should be sticky.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the topology page
2. Open quick search modal and search for catalog (eg. database)
3. decrease the height of the browser.

Actual results:

View all results footer is not sticky

Expected results:

View all results footer should be sticky.
