Doc Text:	Cause: Resource kinds were not internationalized in InventoryItem. Consequence: The listed resources could be inconsistent with the terminology used elsewhere in the application. Description of problem:
InventoryItem doesn't internationalize resource kinds, so you'll potentially have different terms on the homepage for the number of certain resource kinds than you'll see in the nav.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Overview page and look at InventoryItem that illustrates the number of Pods, etc.

Actual results:
Pods and other terms are not internationalized.

Expected results:
Resource kinds should be internationalized.

Additional info:
InventoryItem also uses kind.abbr and pluralizes it. We don't currently internationalize this value.

I have a WIP PR for this but it won't merge before code freeze.

Checked on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-02-19-111007.
Check Cluster inventory card on overview page, all items are marked for translation now.
