Description of problem:
This option is currently missing and as the default behaviour changed, this is necessary for automation to work correctly and without issues.

ovirt-engine-4.4.5-0.11.el8ev.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install new host/reinstall existing host with RestAPI call (should also work with python and other SDKs) with reboot parameter on true (likely default) and false
2.
3.

Actual results:
reboot is the default and there is no way to change this behaviour

Expected results:
should be able to set if reboot after install/reinstall or not
