Description of problem:
The Secret page doesn't support i18n at the moment.
The input format for Registry Server Address is unknown at the moment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Developer perspective
2. Select Secrets from the Sidebar
3. Select Image Pull Secret option in the Create menu
