Description of problem:
When creating a Helm subscription using a secret/basic auth, multicluster-operators-hub show a Go panic and the subscription fails.

2.1.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See comment

Actual results:
Helm subscription fails.

Expected results:
Helm subscription will be created successfully.

Additional info:
The Helm chart repository is Artifactory and basic auth works without issue using other mechanisms (curl, python scripts, etc), only RHACM is having trouble connecting.

Fixed in ACM 2.0.8 & later.
