Description of problem:
gerbera will not run due to error with libupnp

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gerbera 1.3.5-1.el8
libupnp 1.8.7-1.el8

How reproducible:
install gerbera and attempt to start the service and it will fail to start.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.dnf install gerbera
2.systemctl start gerbera
3.

Actual results:
fails to start with
/usr/bin/gerbera: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/gerbera: undefined symbol: UpnpFileInfo_set_ExtraHeaders

Expected results:
Service should start normally.

Additional info:

After rebuilding the src rpm on epel including the new libupnp-devel package it works as expected.
