Description of problem: An external display connected to laptop is not working on KDE Wayland session. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-Rawhide-20210203.n.0.iso How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Boot Rawhide Fedora KDE Live ISO Actual results: External display is black(it is enabled in Display Configuration) and it is not usable. It is powered-on but applications are not being rendered, the only thing which works is the mouse cursor. Expected results: External display should work. Additional info: GPU: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 530 (rev 06) Laptop: Lenovo ThinkPad P50 Disabling and re-enabling the display crashes KDE shell. The internal display works as expected. The same issue can be reproduced with Fedora 33.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 34 development cycle. Changing version to 34.
Same problem on Fedora.34 beta with 2 gpu (nvidia + Intel) and GNOME 40. Nvidia screen works while Intel stays gray with only mouse working. Using GNOME on xorg secondary screen on Intel card works fine The problem is experienced only in Wayland
Sorry to add this note Mine installation is not a laptop: it is PC Intel card is logic board integrated card Nvidia card is addictional I hold on kernel 5.10 due to mouse rendering bug in kernel 5.11 Kepler cards
kernel-5.11.9-300.fc34.x86_64 fixes the issue on Gnome
