Description of problem: Fedora has made /lib a symlink to /usr/lib a number of years ago. Installing files into /lib/kbd only works because of that which is a bit of an edge case. Just installing into /usr/lib/kbd instead should also work, without relying on the symlink during rpm install. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.49.1-11 and earlier

FTR, the `kbd` package moved from `/lib/kbd` to `/usr/lib/kbd` in 2020-03-05, which the terminus-fonts package did not notice as it was only depending on the `kbd` package instead of depending on the `/lib/kbd/consolefonts` directory itself.
