Hi Matt,
For raising BZs, the granularity provided in version field is at 4.1, 4.2. It does not provide option to mention z stream.
As you mentioned the version no. 14.2.11-116.el7cp is 4.2z1. We can add explicit note related to z-stream in description for clarity.
