Reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1914689#c13 This is caused by reusing pycached(...) to add the nested .py files, however pycached(...) was designed to add .py files from site-packages directly and hence it does not add the __pycache__ directory automatically.
