Texts in “Insights” popover on overview page are not marked for i18n

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check on "Home"->"Overview" page, On "Status"->"Insights" popover, all texts are not marked for i18n.

Actual results:
1.

1. All texts should be marked for i18n.

Bug has been fixed on OCP 4.8 with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-03-26-054333

Verify step:
1. Login to OCP with admin, add "?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en string" to the end of the link.
2. Navigate to Home -> Overview page 
3. Verify if the text of 'Insight' has been translated and marked for i18n on Status part.
4. Verify if all info has been marked as i18n after click the "Insight"

Result:
1. All texts has been translated and marked as i18n on status part on Overview page
