Description of problem: Current ghc-*-doc all own /usr/share/doc/ghc{,/html{,/libraries}} in addition to ghc-compiler. It would be better to move these dirs to a ghc-*-filesystem package to avoid to avoid many packages owning the dirs and silence fedora-review.
