Description of problem:
When create a migplan from migration console, if it's "Move" migration type or "Snapshot copy", still can select DVM. In my understanding, the "move" or "Snapshot copy" already deal with PV migration.

MTC 1.4.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an application with PVs
2. select "move" or "Volume snapshot" while creating  a migplan from migration console
3. Go to "Migration options" page

Actual results:
Still able to select DVM


Expected results:
unable to select DVM
