We want to add the option to update the Grafana home page to advertise new features and dashboards and other interesting information.
And also have a link to u/s and d/s documentation(Provided that we can have different files for each).

Closing as deferred, without having grafana configuration support for conf.d files it would be very hard and error prone to perform this configuratioon
