+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1927075 +++

Description of problem:
The PVC string is changed from "Persistent Claim Volume" to "PersistentVolumeClaim", fix the string in pvc.view.  Which will fix below tests:

1) Kubevirt non-admin Flow Kubevirt non-admin PVC Flow : ID(CNV-5040) Non-admin cannot delete golden pvc
   NoSuchElementError: No element found using locator: by.buttonText("Delete Persistent Volume Claim")
