Description of problem: During a ceph-ansible run the dashboard get's its IP from /usr/share/ceph-ansible/roles/ceph-dashboard/tasks/configure_dashboard_backends.yml. Can this be updated to allow a variable to be used that's defined in all.yml?

The CUs would like to set the ip on a network that is not the public_network. They have 3 networks on the storage nodes and they want to set the ip for the dashboard on any of the 3 networks. They want the ability to designate what network the dashboard ip will be on. Rafael
