Can't fix, fedora blocked my fas account.
Devrim Gündüz was the only one who tried to build bucardo for EPEL 8 in August 2019. But the build failed (probably because of missing dependencies). He might shed light on what was the problem.

I built it and Devrim submitted it into testing repository. The 5.5.0 version should appear on mirrors in a few days and in stable repository in 2 weeks.
@Petr: Updating it to 5.6.0 now. Revoked that action, will push 5.6.0 soon.

the correctly thing was just git merge master to keep it in sync with fedora spec.
