VM fails to start with Exit message: unsupported configuration: Maximum CPUs greater than specified machine type limit 384.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure VM with 'Virtual Sockets': 2, 'Cores per Virtual Socket': 64, 'Threads per Core' 1, Total Virtual CPUs 128
2. Configure cluster with checked option 'Count threads as Cores'
3. Stat VM on ppc host

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.5 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
