Description of problem:
Translation provided an additional round of translations for Chinese and Japanese after the 4.7 cutoff. They also provided initial Korean translations. We would like to backport these to 4.7.z.

Actual results:
Fewer translations are available.

Expected results:
More translations are available for Japanese and Chinese; some translations are available for Korean.

The pr8101 has been tested before merge. Now tested again on ocp 4.8 cluster with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-03-14-134919, no new issue is found.
