Description of problem:
The behavior we observe is that, when you install the `nfd-operator`, it auto-deploys nfd-discovery to the cluster nodes. However, when done pre-GA, instead of using the ART-replaced images that are listed in the CSV, it lists the floating tag. Additionally, when you try to deploy a secondary instance of NFD, it defaults to that floating tag. Therefore, in order to test this, you need to grab the correct tag from the CSV and override the default discovery image

This will be fixed for 4.8 release , making it easier to test on the pre-GA week
