Description of problem:
RFE to display  the user/bucket  operation (GET, PUT, DELETE, ...) counters/trackers from RadosGW in the users stats section of the RGW dashboard.

The RGW RFE to collect/store these counters:

Work is ongoing to get an MVP of OPS perf bucket counters into the Dashboard/Grafana(first BZ 1929346 needs to be finalized). Related upstream PRs:

This feature, OPS counters in the dashboard,  is on track to be delivered on 7.1 as planned.
