Almost all the time appears together with failing
`[sig-network] pods should successfully create sandboxes by getting pod` test, probably connected with bug 1908378

This looks like low profile flake only, I'll wait for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1915085 resolution.

Note, in 4.8 its pass rate is about 65% (i.e. every third run flakes).
