Previously, when switching to the *Developer* perspective in another tab and reloading the project details, the routes tied to the perspective were not rendered and resulted in a `404` error. Description of problem:
When open the Project details in developer perspective and switching the perspective in another tab and reload the first tab it shows a 404 Page Not Found error instead of the project details.


Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
4.7 cluster


Steps to Reproduce
    Needs two browser tabs, both with open developer perspective
    Tab 1: Open project from Sidebar, for example /project-details/ns/openshift-marketplace
    Tab 2: Switch to Admin perspective
    Tab 1: Browser reload via F5 / cmd-r


Actual results:
    Tab 1 shows an 404 Page Not Found error



Expected results:
    Tab 1 can reload the project details also in Admin perspectivce
