Feature: Gathering of unhealthy SAP pods. Reason: When the SDI installation fails, it is possible to detect the problem be looking at which of the initialization pods have failed. The process can be automated by gathering the information about failed pods in the SAP/SDI namespace(s). Result: Gathering was implemented.
