Comment 3 Alexandre Menezes 2021-03-01 22:21:55 UTC
According to ISV team EscalateAi is changing its name to captivat.io and this operator as it is will no longer be available.

The request for the change is in progress. And the images are already unavailable on all repos.

Comment 4 kuiwang 2021-03-02 07:12:37 UTC
if it is unavailable, we should remove "Conversational Hub" from OperatorHub.
Or else, the customer possible find it and try to install it and meet failing.

So, need to remove "OperatorHub" (cih-operator-certified) from index image registry.redhat.io/redhat/certified-operator-index:v4.7.
if there is such issue on other release, also need to remove it from other release's index image.

Comment 5 Alexandre Menezes 2021-03-05 23:39:51 UTC
cih-operator-certified removed from OpenShift's Operator Hub.

Comment 6 kuiwang 2021-03-09 01:30:46 UTC
LGTM
