Description of problem: Failed to pull image "registry.connect.redhat.com/esacalateai/cih-operator-bundle@sha256:b9c633c744f8e218fadd8c1a208a0f663d24fcacce07e3e45a533a19a173dbdf": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = Error reading manifest Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OCP Version: 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-02-18-110409 Cih Operator Version: 2.1.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install the Operator using OperatorHub
According to ISV team EscalateAi is changing its name to captivat.io and this operator as it is will no longer be available. The request for the change is in progress. And the images are already unavailable on all repos.
if it is unavailable, we should remove "Conversational Hub" from OperatorHub. Or else, the customer possible find it and try to install it and meet failing. So, need to remove "OperatorHub" (cih-operator-certified) from index image registry.redhat.io/redhat/certified-operator-index:v4.7. if there is such issue on other release, also need to remove it from other release's index image.
cih-operator-certified removed from OpenShift's Operator Hub.
