Description of problem:

This tracks the removal of a workaround for added in:
https://github.com/openshift/cluster-api-provider-ovirt/pull/80

The workaround should be removed once the Engine bug is resolved and backported:

The problem was fixed on engine but since the fix will not be backported and we want to keep supporting earlier versions of oVirt we will keep the extra validation ("workaround) in the code
