Created attachment 1759231 [details] logs Description of problem: When a VM is cloned from a template with cow disk, the newly created VM disk Actual size equals to its Virtual size (in this case 10G). This is not right, as the VM disk virtual size shouldnt be that big, and definitely not the same as its virtual size. The virtual size should be close to 2G (this is the size of original template disk from which it was cloned). When the VM is cloned, we specify in the ui dialog that the disk of the VM should be QCOW2. See image attached. This issue might impact the client by unneeded waist of valuable storage space. Moreover, this could impact our product reliability when dealing with large amounts of cloned VMs. This is not a regression bug because I encountered this issue by accident while debugging something else.
