Pool Name Chage

Description of problem:
Unable to change the Name of the pool once it is created

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Created a pool in dashboard
2.Tried editing the poolname
3.we are seeing 404 Pool Does not exists
