Describe the issue: 

The doc says:

> You can configure Curator to delete Elasticsearch data that uses the data model prior to OpenShift Container Platform 4.7. 

But it's not true. the Elasticsearch data model changed in OCP 4.5. Here is a KCS:

The doc currently says "You can configure Elasticsearch Curator to delete Elasticsearch data that uses the data model prior to OpenShift Container Platform version 4.5."
