Don't think I have an interest in maintaining either a branch for perl-File-Touch nor for perl-POSIX-strptime, you should be able to request a branch and work on that yourself just fine :-)

The package has to be kept at 0.11 version because later ones require Time::HiRes >= 1.9764 which is not available in the default perl stream of RHEL 8.
