That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Attempts to sync container type repositories to an extarnal Capsule fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Satellite with registered external Capsule (Library LCE)
2. Sync some container images to the Satellite using Products > Repo Discovery
   (I used quay/busybox and registry.redhat.io/dotnet/dotnetcore-10-rhel7)
3. Trigger the Capsule sync


Actual results:
Capsule sync fails with error
Katello::Errors::PulpError: PLP0000: 404 Client Error: 'Not Found' for url: https://<SAT>:5000/v2/default_organizationnet_core-dotnet_dotnetcore-10-rhel7/manifests/1.0


Expected results:
Successful sync

Verified on 6.9.0 snap 17 - the repos were successfully synced to the capsule.
