Description of problem:
Please build licensecheck for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
licensecheck-3.1.1-4.fc34

Actual results:
No licensecheck in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
licensecheck-3.1.1-4.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.

I don't run EL, so I'd rather avoid blindly maintaining packages for it.

Closing until someone willing to do the work steps up (note: a bunch of dependencies of licensecheck are also missing in epel8).
