Description of problem: Unclear field name in vmware provider host configuration, user can get confused which host admin password should be used

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VMWare provider if no providers were added
2. Go to `Select migration network` dialog
3. See `Host admin username`

Actual results: This text is unclear


Expected results: `ESXi host admin username` should be there to be more clear

I'm almost always in favor of more specificity in field labels. Makes sense to me. Reassigning to Mike for implementation.
