Bug 1879178 indicates the requirement change from Ansible 2.8 to Ansible 2.9 is new in RH Ceph Storage 4.2.

Hi Ken,

so it's strange that ceph-ansible 4.0 had a bumped requirement as well, or am I missing something ?

In any case I need a version of ceph-ansible that can be installed on 16.0.
