Description of problem:
Systemd crashes during upgrade with the following message:
systemd[1]: Caught <ABRT>, dumped core as pid <PID>.
dnf gets stuck, because the scriptlets are unable to finish due to waiting on frozen systemd

systemd-248~rc2-3.fc35

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf upgrade 'systemd*-248~rc2-3.fc35'


Actual results:
systemd[1]: Caught <ABRT>, dumped core as pid <PID>.
systemd[1]: Freezing execution.
dnf freezes

Expected results:
systemd keeps running
dnf finishes the transaction

Without additional info, it's hard to say anything. But most likely it's the same as #1935084.
